Through the 2025 CHANGE Grants program, The Seacove Fund will fund three San Diego-based nonprofits or fiscally sponsored organizations with $5,000 each in unrestricted funds.
Eligible organizations must serve in the city of San Diego, CA, been in operation for at least two years, and receive $500,000 or less in annual funding. The CHANGE Grants program will fund one organization in each of the categories below.
Health & Wellness
Grantee focus areas may include:
Access to Health Care; Mental Health Resources; Fitness and Exercise; Recreation Opportunities; Seniors and Aging-in-place; Food Systems; Social Determinants of Health; and more.
Education & Training
Grantee focus areas may include:
School-based programming; Career Readiness; Lifelong Learning; Workforce Development; Job and Skills Training; Entrepreneurship; Professional Development; and more.
Civic Infrastructure
Grantee focus areas may include:
Civic Engagement; Civic Education & Literacy; Civic Spaces; Community Trust-Building; and more.
