But we know it can be better. At this time, too many of our neighbors are missing out on the promise and opportunities this city has long offered families. However, we still believe in the promise of America's Finest City and are committed to address the challenges it faces.

Our CHANGE Grants program provides unrestricted grant funding to small, local non-profits through a quick and easy application process.
